Jewellery Making
Jewellery making workshops are offered on a 1:1 basis or as small groups. In these workshops you can make a variety of pieces such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings and brooches.
You will use traditional silversmithing techniques and/or a combination of these and machine engraving to make a piece of jewellery to treasure forever.
I offer a range of jewellery making classes, which can be adapted depending on the age range and ability of the group. Many of my classes use reclaimed items, but can also use new materials, such as silver. You will learn to work with the tools and equipment jewellery makers use, such as piercing saws, planishing hammers, round nosed pliers, needle files and rolling mills.
Workshop costs vary depending on group size and materials used , but start at £55. Please contact me to discuss your ideas.
