Netty Reddish

Netty Reddish: Educator, Designer and Maker.

Netty is an enthusiastic, creative and experienced educator. She is passionate about all aspects of making and giving people the skills and confidence to use tools, in her workshop, in the community and more traditional school settings.

Unleashing creativity and inspiring people

Netty Reddish qualified as a Design and Technology Teacher in 1999 with First class honours from Leeds Metropolitan University. Later she went on to do a Masters in Design with a specialism of metalwork and jewellery in 2008 from Sheffield Hallam University. As part of this Netty won the prestigious Enterprise Challenge Award, beating 88 other entrants.

Based at an old textile mill near the village of Bonsall in Derbyshire, Netty welcomes people to her workshop and also offers peripatetic classes across the uk.
